School Presentations

We offer Reptile Tales presentations tailored to all classes, students, and levels. We tailor our lessons and instruction to follo along with class curriculums as well as state standards such as the Georgia Performance Standards and their accompanying Essential Questions..

Our programs include:

• Rainforest Reptile Rulers
• Genetics

During the program, students will get to see the differences in the animals, learn about their unique characteristics, and even get to hold and touch some if class sizes permit.

We can also custom tailor a program to fit whatever wildlife and biology needs. Contact us for more information.

Our rates depend on the number of animals we bring, the size of the audience, and the number of presenters. Generally the cost will be approximately $2 per student or $200 per hour, whichever is less.

Why Reptile Tales?

Reptile Tales is the green alternative to off-site field trips. We come to you and save you all of the expenses that go along with long distance travel. You save fuel, you improve safety, and most importantly - you save time. Your children don't spend time on a bus, they spend time engaged and learning.

Our show is not just about big snakes and alligators. We focus on the science, on the biology, and on awareness. When a child leaves to go home for the day, their first sentence to a parent or friend might be that "Hey I got to touch a 12 foot snake today!" but that will almost certainly followed by several important facts and ideas that they can take away from our presentation.

We are experts. We have years of experience dealing with these animals. They are constantly monitored for health and happiness and are the best examples of each animal that we could find. Reptiles are hypo-alergenic so there is no alergy risk. All of our reptiles are non-venomous, tame, and can be safely handled. They are used to being around children. We have never had an incident but we are always prepared to deal with one.
